For this lusty dish, we use City Saucery’s Nonna’s Spicy Sauce which delivers a nice, slow heat from a blend of fresh Calabrian chilies, along with hearty flavors of capers and olives. The salty, fresh from the sea bite of Ortiz Anchovies complements our Cuttlefish Ink Spaccatelli, which is infused with mellow yet briny flavor from the squid-like ink creature found mostly in the warmer waters of the Mediterranean. Finished with a light dusting of Grandaisy Bakery fresh bread crumbs and even the most finicky of diners will be satisfied.
