Our best selling shape is exceptionally fanciful with its frills.  Campanelle, “little bell” in Italian, is also called gigli “lilies” as it holds its shape in fluted petals like a flower or a horn. 

A fresh purée of porcini mushrooms is added to our organic durum semolina for a subtle earthy flavor, making our Porcini Trumpets a unique pairing for any dish. Our Whole Grain Trumpets, made with stone milled hard red flour from New York’s Hudson Valley, offers exceptional flavor, texture integrity, and higher protein levels. Semolina Trumpets are delicious when accompanied by a thick cheese sauce, baked in a casserole or tossed with vegetables, beans and lentils in a pasta salad.
