Our initial stock of 3700 boxes sold out immediately on March 18th. We then started a pre-order for additional packaging which was scheduled to arrive soon. Once these sold out we allowed customers to order bulk bags of Cascatelli until we were able to secure another packaging order, which will now arrive the week of June, 1st. The Cascatelli will remain on pre-order until all existing orders have been filled. We’re a small operation here at Sfoglini, we assure you that we’re working hard to get all orders placed shipped as soon as we can and we thank you for your patience.
The Cascatelli has been posted as a pre-order since our initial batch sold out on March, 18th at approximately 6pm EST. On the product page there was a pre-order message at the time of purchase. Order lead times have been between 8-12 weeks depending on the date you placed our order.
We’re making Cascatelli on a regular basis, but are awaiting the packaging we need to fill orders. Due to Covid-19, paper and corrugated orders have been delayed due to the increase in shipping and purchasing of packaged goods. While lead times continue to get better, there are still considerable delays in receiving paper goods.
Order numbers 12672 to 16697 have already shipped. If your order number is in this range and you have not received your package or tracking information, please contact us.
5 lb. bulk bag order numbers 16698 to 24297 will be shipped by May 15th.
All other 4-pack orders from 24298 on are awaiting our new packaging order to be delivered at the beginning of June. These orders will be shipped in the order they were received starting in June.

All items in your order will ship together. If you wish to have other items shipped in advance of the Cascatelli, there will be additional shipping charges added to the order for the multiple shipments.
Sfoglini shipping rates are determined by the actual size and weight of our packages. In order to assist our customers, the flat rate we offer is lower than what we are charged by UPS. As a small business we do not have the ability to offer free shipping for all orders like some larger companies are able to, but we do our best to help share the cost and reduce the charges to our customers. We offer free shipping for orders of $50+ (after discounts are applied) for those shipping to the contiguous US.
Sfoglini shipping rates are determined by the actual size and weight of our packages. For orders shipping outside of the contiguous US, rates are calculated at the actual rate we are charged. We continue to look at new shipping and freight solutions and will do our best to offer the best rates possible moving forward.
Yes, we are in the process of setting up new shipping accounts to offer more options for Alaska, Hawaii, Armed Services and U.S. Territories. These new options will be posted here and on our social media accounts (@sfoglini) once they are available.
Order confirmation emails have been sent out to each customer at the time of their order. These emails state that the package will arrive in 7-10 days once the package has left our facility. On the product page there was a pre-order message at the time of purchase. Order lead times have been between 8-12 weeks depending on the date you placed our order.
Once your order ships you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking. The label may be printed a few days before actually shipping. This is because the orders are being packed up in large bulk shipments and the labels must be prepared in advance.
The shipping time frames quoted during checkout and on your order confirmation email are the estimated transit times from our facility to your door. These transit times are in addition to the pre-order time frame posted during your purchase.
Our online ordering system is set up to complete the transaction at the time of purchase. If you do not wish to have your card charged while you wait for your shipment, you can contact us at any time to cancel the order and we will issue a refund.
