After completing your purchase, you'll receive an email confirmation.
Each quarter, we will ship you a Club box. Once each box ships, we'll send you an email with tracking information.
If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us ASAP. We can only make updates to unshipped boxes.
Subscriptions do not auto-renew. Once your Pasta Club subscription has ended, you can sign up again for another round of delicious pasta deliveries.
It's a secret, but one of those good secrets. That's part of the fun! What we can tell you is each quarterly club box will include six pastas:
- 3 boxes of Sfoglini semolina pasta
- 3 boxes of Sfoglini specialty pasta (think grains, flavors, and limited editions)
In addition, each box comes with a booklet featuring:
- 6 recipes created by Sfoglini chefs
- Fun stories for the ultimate culinary inspiration!

We won't include our Cuttlefish Spaccatelli. (We know it's tasty, but we want vegans, vegetarians and those with mollusk allergies to enjoy the club without worry.).
We also do not include additional ingredients or sauces. Many of our recipes call for fresh seasonal vegetables and herbs, pantry staples and sometimes dairy or meat. By not including those ingredients, you'll have maximum flexibility with when and how you prepare and enjoy your pasta.
If you order a Year of Pasta Subscription or you the Half-Year of Pasta Subscription multiple times, there will be pastas that repeat.
While we would love to churn out 24 different pastas, we are a small operation with a focus on quality over quantity. We've found our repeat customers don't mind duplicates throughout the year, especially when it provides the opportunity to try a shape in multiple ways. For example, you might use the same type of pasta with pesto in the summer and a hearty ragu in the winter!
Yes, all Sfoglini pasta varieties contain wheat. We do not offer any gluten-free pasta options.

Each shipment will include a booklet with recipes, including some that feature animal products. You can use the recipes as culinary inspiration, swap the animal products with your favorite vegan or vegetarian substitutions or recycle the recipes and create your own fabulous dish with our vegan pasta.
Our pastas are not made to specifically meet low-carb or keto standards. If you'd like to know more about what's in our pasta, simply click on any individual product in our collection. Every product page features an image of the Nutrition Facts label so you can make an informed decision about whether a product is suited to your diet.
We do not offer substitutions for Pasta Club shipments. The boxes in each shipment are selected by our team to give you a wonderful variety of different shapes and flavors. If you have concerns, questions or allergies, please contact us for more information.

Unfortunately, we can't guarantee an arrival date. If you don't want to ruin the surprise, we suggest gifting our e-card on the special day and then placing your order for the subscription after. Don't worry - we never run out of the Sfoglini Pasta Club!

If your subscription has already ended, there's no need to reach out. Pasta Club subscriptions do not auto-renew. Once your subscription has ended, you will not be auto-charged for any more shipments.

The Pasta Club is only available in the continental USA. At this time, we are unable to ship Club boxes to U.S. Territories or internationally.
For the contiguous U.S., shipping is included in the price!
An additional shipping fee will be shown at checkout for boxes shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. The shipping fee shown is the total shipping fee for all installments in the subscription you selected.
Club boxes are shipped via UPS SurePost. UPS will pick up the box from us and transfer the shipment to USPS for the final leg of the journey. USPS will make the final delivery.
Your first Club box will ship within 10 days of your order. We ship in the order received Monday through Friday. Look out for a tracking number from info@sfoglini.com. You can contact us with your shipping questions or concerns through our contact form.
Your additional club boxes will ship every three months, around the date of your original order. For example, if you place an order on October 5, your next club box will ship around January 5, and so on, depending on the length of subscription you choose.
