It's a secret, but one of those good secrets. That’s part of the fun! What we can tell you is each shipment will include; 1 box of Sfoglini semolina pasta, 1 box of Sfoglini specialty pasta (think grains, flavors, and limited editions), and recipes for scrumptious culinary inspiration. If you have concerns, questions or allergies please contact us.
We won’t include our Cuttlefish Spaccatelli (we know it’s tasty, but we want vegans, vegetarians, and those with molluscs allergies to enjoy the club without worry). We also do not include additional ingredients or sauces. Many of our recipes call for fresh seasonal vegetables and herbs, pantry staples, and sometimes dairy or meat. By not including those ingredients, you’ll have maximum flexibility with when and how you prepare and enjoy your pasta.
No. All Sfoglini pasta varieties contain wheat.
All of the pastas included in the Club boxes are vegan. Each shipment will include recipes (some of those recipes will include animal products). You can use the recipes as culinary inspiration, swap the animal products with your favorite vegan or vegetarian substitutions, or recycle the recipes and create your own fabulous dish.

The Club is only available in the continental USA. At this time, we are unable to ship Club boxes to US Territories or internationally.
For the contiguous US, shipping is included in the price!
An additional shipping fee will be shown at checkout for club boxes shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. The shipping fee shown is the total shipping fee for all monthly installments in the subscription you selected.
Club boxes are shipped via UPS SurePost. UPS will pick up the box from us and transfer the shipment to USPS for the final leg of the journey. USPS will make the final delivery.
Your first Club box will ship within 10 days of your order. We ship in the order received Monday - Friday. Look out for a tracking number from info@sfoglini.com. Please contact us with your shipping questions or concerns.
Clubs are sent out monthly around the date of your original order. For example, if you place an order on the 5th of the month, your remaining Club boxes will ship around the 5th of the following months. Look out for a tracking number from info@sfoglini.com.
