We hope you’re in good health and spirits. Under the guidance of Homeland Security and the NY Executive Order, Sfoglini Pasta is considered an essential service. Our small yet dedicated staff thankfully remain healthy as we take additional precautions to both stay well and assure our plant continues to meet all food safety requirements. Because of our rigorous food safety practices already in place, all of our pasta is produced and packaged in two “clean rooms” that require strict handwashing and personal protective gear before entering.
We are taking this matter very seriously. The health and well-being of our employees, customers, and community is our top priority. We are closely following the Centers for Disease Control’s (CDC) guidelines and recommendations on steps to be taken to prevent the spread of the virus. This includes increased equipment and facility cleanings, following safe health and hygiene practices, and social distancing.
Because of the high volume of orders and implementing new social distancing measures within our facility, your order may take an additional few days to ship. As the situation in New York is ever changing, we will inform you if anything changes. We appreciate your patience.
