Sfoglini Pasta Club shipments are sent out quarterly, with shipping fees included in the cost of the subscription. The first club box ships shortly after your order is placed, and the second club box ships three months later. Subscriptions do NOT auto-renew after the last box is sent.

No. Subscriptions do not auto-renew. Once your Sfoglini Pasta Club subscription has ended, you can sign up again for another round of delicious pasta deliveries.

We do not include additional ingredients or sauces. Many of our recipes call for fresh seasonal vegetables and herbs, pantry staples and sometimes dairy or meat. By not including those ingredients, you'll have maximum flexibility with when and how you prepare and enjoy your pasta.
If you order a Year of Pasta Subscription or you order the Half-Year of Pasta Subscription multiple times, there will be some pastas that repeat.
While we would love to churn out 24 different pastas each year, we are a small operation with a focus on quality over quantity. We've found our repeat customers don't mind duplicates throughout the year, especially when it provides the opportunity to try a shape in multiple ways. For example, you might use the same type of pasta with pesto in the summer and a hearty ragu in the winter!
Yes. All Sfoglini pasta varieties contain wheat. We do not offer any gluten-free pasta options.
All Sfoglini pasta included in the Sfoglini Pasta Club boxes are vegan
Each shipment will include a booklet with recipes, including some that feature animal products. You can use the recipes as culinary inspiration, swap the animal products with your favorite vegan or vegetarian substitutions or recycle the recipes and create your own fabulous dish with our vegan pasta.
No. Sfoglini pastas are not made to specifically meet low-carb or keto standards. If you'd like to know more about what's in our pasta, simply click on any individual product in our collection. Every product page features an image of the Nutrition Facts label so you can make an informed decision about whether a product is suited to your diet.
No. We do not offer substitutions for Sfoglini Pasta Club shipments. The boxes in each shipment are selected by our team to give you a wonderful variety of different shapes and flavors. If you have concerns, questions or allergies, please contact us for more information.
No. If you're not ready to commit to a subscription to our Sfoglini Pasta Club, check out our selection of pasta sets. We offer several types of pasta sampler packs so you can try a variety of our products.

We have an e-card that you can gift to the recipient prior to your order's arrival.
Please contact us to update your shipping address as soon as possible. We can only update the shipping address for unshipped Club boxes. Unfortunately, once you receive a shipping confirmation email, we can no longer make changes to that box.
Please contact us if you have an active subscription that you'd like to cancel.
If your subscription has already ended, there's no need to reach out. Pasta Club subscriptions do not auto-renew. Once your subscription has ended, you will not be auto-charged for any more shipments.
Please contact us as soon as possible. We can only skip or pause orders for unshipped Club boxes. Unfortunately, once you receive a shipping confirmation email, we can no longer make changes to that box.

The Pasta Club is only available in the continental USA. At this time, we are unable to ship Club boxes to U.S. Territories or internationally.
For the contiguous U.S., shipping is included in the price!
An additional shipping fee will be shown at checkout for boxes shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. The shipping fee shown is the total shipping fee for all installments in the subscription you selected.
Sfoglini Pasta Club boxes are shipped via UPS Ground Saver. UPS will pick up the box from us and transfer the shipment to USPS for the final leg of the journey. USPS will make the final delivery.
Your first Club box will ship within 10 days of your order. We ship in the order received Monday through Friday. Look out for a tracking number from info@sfoglini.com. You can contact us with your shipping questions or concerns through our contact form.
Your additional club boxes will ship every three months, around the date of your original order. For example, if you place an order on October 5, your next club box will ship around January 5, and so on, depending on the length of subscription you choose.

Sfoglini pastas are made from premium organic grains using classic pasta-making techniques. Our pasta is famous for its ability to "hug sauce." This stems from our use of the bronze-cut method, a time-honored Italian technique that gives each piece a rough, textured surface to hold onto sauce more effectively. It also helps us create distinctive pasta shapes, including our exclusive Cascatelli pasta made in collaboration with three-time James Beard Award-winner Dan Pashman.
We're proud of the high quality you can taste in every bite of Sfoglini pasta. In addition to working with local flour mills in New York to source our whole grain flours, every box pasta from Sfoglini is made and packaged with care in the Hudson Valley.
Each quarterly club box will include six pastas; a mix of our semolina, whole grain, and specialty pastas (think unique grains, inventive flavors, limited-editions, and club exclusive pasta varieties).
Every quarterly pasta subscription box shipment comes with a booklet of six recipes created by talented Sfoglini chefs. This booklet also features fun stories that provide the ultimate culinary inspiration for your delectable, homemade meals.
