Our whole-grain blend features an organic, stone-milled flour created with wheat from the New York Hudson Valley. The darker wheat bran adds exceptional flavor and textural integrity to each and every bite.

We combine our whole wheat flour with organic semolina flour milled from durum wheat. A staple of traditional Italian pasta, semolina helps to hold the Trumpets’ shape so it can handle both delicate and hearty sauces with ease.
