Radiators, or Radiatore in Italian, are a relatively modern pasta shape created around the mid-20th century and inspired by the structure of radiators found in many Italian homes. This limited-edition version of Radiators is infused with aromatic garlic, adding a savory depth and subtle warmth to every bite. Our Garlic Radiators are made with organic semolina flour milled from durum wheat. A staple of traditional Italian pasta, semolina helps it also hold its shape well and gives each piece a wonderful al dente bite.
Great chew of garlic
We picked up a box of these as part of our most recent order and loved them. We decided we'd try using them to make pasta salad and it came out great; we'll definitely do that again.
I really liked this pasta. The flavors came thru loud & clear. I look forward to more flavors.
Didn't really taste any garlic and I cooked it with Parmesan cheese
