Sfoglini Sriracha Fusilli Mac & Cheese with Bacon Crumble

To complement our spicy Sriracha Fusilli, we've paired it with a creamy cheese sauce. Smoky gouda and bacon take this scrumptious dish to the next level.



  • 8 oz. Sfoglini Sriracha Fusilli
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 tbsp sriracha plus more for topping
  • 1/2 tbsp whole grain mustard
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 8 oz mild cheddar, shredded
  • 8 oz smoked gouda, shredded
  • Salt, to taste
  • 6 oz bacon, cooked & diced to bite size pieces


Preheat broiler to high. Cook Sfoglini Sriracha Fusilli in salted, boiling water until just al dente, about 6 minutes.

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat and stir in flour until combined. While stirring, slowly pour milk into the pan and continue stirring until mixture is thick and bubbling, about 5 minutes. Stir in sriracha, mustard and white pepper. Add cheese and stir until melted and combined with the milk mixture. Add salt to taste. Mix cooked fusilli into the sauce until pasta is fully coated. Transfer pasta and all cheese sauce to a baking pan. Broil in the oven for 2 minutes. Add bacon crumble and cook 2 minutes longer, or until the top of the pasta starts to brown in spots.

Top with additional sriracha and enjoy immediately!
