I love this shape for its chewiness and sauce-ability. It is sturdy and easily can be a stand in for meat in a pasta dish. It's also very fun to play with dry if you're looking for a kids' craft necklace-worthy pasta. Fast shipping and no broken noodles.
This is my favorite pasta for Carbonara. The sauce and guanciale chunks get inside the tubes. Incredible.
