Another great product

I really do love the Sfoglini line of pasta. I also love that it comes from local farmers and is organic. There is a variety of products to choose from. The cook time on box I found was a little off and it actually takes a minute or two longer to achieve the perfect aldente. I have used the reginetti with a simple fresh tomato sauce, a heavier red sauce, and also have used in pasta salad. I also like it with an olive oil/garlic combination drizzled over it. The pasta is awesome. You can't go wrong. I will continue to buy directly from the company to replenish my pantry.

Whole grain is good.

This is one of only a few whole grain pastas on the market and has a great flavor. Whole grain is the healthy choice.

Whole Grain Reginetti is the best!

I love this pasta as I prefer the nutty taste of whole grains and curly shapes that it has. Also, this pasta is made in New York! I was buying it from my local Whole Foods, but they quit carrying it for whatever reason. So, I purchased six boxes online and can make pasta dishes whenever the opportunitiy arises!
