Whole Grain Reginetti brings fantastic flavors and textures to any pasta dish. Reginetti originated in Italy’s Southern regions of Campania and Sicily. The name means “little queens” in Italian, a reference to the royal association with Princess Mafalda of Savoy, a beloved figure in the country’s history. The pasta’s distinctive ribbon-like form with wavy edges is designed to resemble the lace or frills on a queen’s gown. Traditionally used in dishes that feature rich, hearty sauces with meat, cheese, and vegetables, Reginetti brings a touch of regal elegance to any meal.

Our whole grain pastas feature a blend of organic durum semolina and organic, stone-milled hard red wheat from the New York’s Finger Lakes region.
